Sharon Knight – Outreach Teacher
Sharon joined the Outreach team in 2012. She has been a teacher at Woolgrove School for over 12 years and during this time qualified as a Specialist Teacher for SpLD. She is also responsible for leading English across the school. Prior to working at Woolgrove, Sharon taught in a local mainstream primary school for seven years and enjoyed a year travelling around the world and teaching in Australia.

Diane Barrett – Administrative Assistant, Outreach
Diane is very flexible and works part-time in Outreach as the Resources and Administrative Assistant. She works the rest of the time as a teaching assistant in Year 5.

Zoe Tyler (Maternity Leave) – Outreach
Zoe Tyler has worked at Woolgrove for 6 years as a Year 5 teacher, leading in Global Dimensions and Literacy. Previous to this she has had several long-term placements in mainstream schools all over Hertfordshire, ranging from Nursery to Year 6 over a 10 year period. Zoe has taught in schools in America and Germany and travelled the world, which has broadened her horizons as a teacher. Zoe joined the Outreach Team in June 2017, she aspires to raise pupil and staff self esteem and enable children to become more independent in their learning.

Laura Claxton – Outreach
Laura has been at Woolgrove School for three years and has taught in the infant department across years 1-3. Prior to starting at Woolgrove she trained in a school with severe learning difficulties but has also taught in MLD and mainstream schools. She has been able to experience a broad range of contrasting academic variances which has had a positive impact on her ability to offer support to a wide range of pupils . She is extremely passionate about supporting special needs children to reach their potential and has an interest in the EYFS, learning through play, building communication and supporting children to reach their fullest potential.
